More than 75 percent of the apartments at Soaltee City were booked within a month of being launched. Soaltee City, which has been promoted by Platinum Developers, opened bookings in the first week of October. “More than 75 percent of the apartments of the first phase have been booked till date, and we are getting overwhelming response from the people,” said Ganesh Agrawal, chairman of Soaltee City. Located at Ravi Bhawan, Kathmandu, Soaltee City is one of the few apartment projects in the city planned to provide affordable housing to the people. According to Agrawal, Soaltee City has been built on land worth at least Rs 3.6 million per anna. The apartment has the widest road accessibility, in-house sewage treatment plant and ATM counter. Apartments at Soaltee City start from single-bedroom apartments of 380 sq ft and go up to three-bedroom apartments of 1,163 sq ft. Prices range from Rs 1.99 million. The company also offers long-term bank finance at 0 percent interest.
