City's premium office space for taking

The construction of the Central Business Park, a state of art office complex, commenced with Bhoomi Puja (laying foundation stone) on Saturday.

With central air-conditioning, multi level parking and large office spaces, the 10-story business park will be one of the most premium office complexes in the Capital. Designed by RSP Architects Group Singapore, the business park is located at Thapathali and spread over five ropanies of land.

The Central Business Park is expected to address problems being faced by corporates relating to large office spaces, power cuts, air conditioning, parking and security, among others. A government approved project, the construction is expected to be completed within next 18 months.

Office spaces will be made available for sale in a bid to give customers a sense of ownership. This, on the one hand, ensures business continuity, and benefits of capital appreciation on the other. Attractive finance schemes are also available.

The project is yet another initiative of Clean Developers Group to develop green, energy efficient and sustainable buildings. The Project is registered with the US Green Building Council for LEED certification and is expected to save energy and water consumption.

“Project like this is the need of the hour,” said Ashish Garg, executive director of Clean Developers. “We have been able to receive encouraging bookings from varied customers such as banks, insurance companies, IT companies, business houses and traders.”
