Westar Properties Pvt Ltd has come up with `Mauka Ma Chauka' a sales promotion scheme for Westar Residency, Balkumari, Kathmandu. Under the scheme, interested buyers of any of the apartments can take part by depositing Rs 1,00,000 for booking. A buyer among the 50 will win an apartment through a lucky draw.
