Civil Homes was first in Nepal to commercialise the idea of owning a well-serviced house within a gated community. All Civil Homes project undertaken by Nepalese for the Nepalese people, with conscious efforts made to provide for local conditions, tastes and habits. Its success was quickly copied by others.
After completion of Civil Homes phase I, Civil Homes Phase II was build in 95 ropanis of land in Kalanki and Civil Homes Phase III was build in Sutakothi – a satellite town. Civil Homes Phase III builds on the success and popularity of its earlier projects and provides exemplary living facilities at down to earth prices. This satellite town has its own mall, health posts and a cinema hall.
